  • Do you issue a duty of care certificate?

    At no additional cost as part of your service agreement, we provide a duty of care certificate, also known as a waste transfer note (WTN) or a consignment note for hazardous waste. This certificate is issued free of charge every time we collect any type of waste from your premises. As a legal requirement, duty of care certificates must be completed by licensed waste carriers, and there should never be a fee for this service.

  • Does GWR Waste Management remove bulky waste?

    No, if you are looking for household waste clearances, bulky household item collections such as mattresses or fridges, or once-off junk removal services, please contact the council or your local man and van services.

  • Does GWR Waste Management offer household waste collections?

    No, we only offer services to businesses and commercial organisations. You can find out more information about your local household rubbish collections on your local authority website.
